These turnkey cleanroom design & installation projects performed by PETI have included part or all of the following scope:
Overall programming to determine the proper relationship of rooms-to-product & people flow. Generate a schedule for each room to ensure all required utilities, ancillary components, clearances, and process requirements are met and to determine which parties are responsible for delivery and installation.
Basis of design to define the design parameters used for design decisions including, quality and types of materials, in some cases specifying specific brands and model numbers for components and equipment, standards to be met, testing, commissioning and validation protocols, submittal review process and any special requirements that need to be met.
Conceptual design to develop the design at a high level to meet your requirements (OPR) if it is not already well defined.
Schematic design to consolidate the conceptual design and elements of the basis of design into a unified vision for approval by the client.
Design development to turn schematic design into a set of preliminary drawings that clarify all the previous elements.
Construction or Manufacturing documents. The process of turning design development drawings into documents and specifications for approval by the owner, submitted for bid and/or submitted to the building department for plan check.

Plan check and permitting. The process of submitting a set of construction documents (drawings and reports) to the authority having jurisdiction (AHJ) e.g city county or state for planchecking and ultimately approval for permitting. E.g., A City, County, or State for plan review and approval for permit issuance.
Construction and project management, which includes:
- Issuing the permit
- Developing a Gantt chart with a granular breakdown of the tasks, durations, and sequences to establish a mutually agreed-upon completion date
- Overseeing the purchasing of materials and equipment
- Mobilizing labor
- Hiring of subcontractors
- Managing the construction process and progress
- Conducting regular weekly progress meetings with the client
- Overseeing start-up, test, and balance
- Overseeing commissioning and validation at the RQ, IQ, OQ and PQ level
- Training
- Close out documents
