Our laminar flow benches combine a series of advanced technologies to maximize efficacy and cleanliness in a reliable, quiet package. The heart of our laminar flow benches is the reliable fan-filter unit (FFU), which, when combined with our HEPA filters, acheives an efficacy of 99.99% @ 0.3 microns, exceeding FED 209E Class 100 standards. Baffling technology ensures ultra-quiet operation - just 50 dbA at the maximum setting. Side panels restrict laminar flow path, ensuring an effective wash across the work surface, which is non-conductive laminate. An adjustable height front shield controls the size of the front opening; a smaller opening provides more cleanliness, while a larger opening maximizes accessibility. All units come equipped with an internal mounting surface which can accomodate ionization bars, other static neutralization equipment, and additional lighting.
